Service Management

CMDBuild READY2USE includes the management of the Service Catalogue in which IT services can be defined, made available to users, with request and support methods, availability, SLAs and KPIs, technical and business referents.

The dependencies between services and between services and CIs  (configuration item) allow the analysis of impacts after faults.

Each service is associated with one or more types of requests that are initiated by the Self-Service Portal and are then managed through the Request Fulfillment workflow.
