In the event of a failure on a network (VLAN or VPN), the report highlights the full impact on all related infrastructure elements: network interfaces, hardware, physical and virtual servers, and storage systems. - New connector monitoring class
A new class has been introduced to monitor the execution of waterWAY LDAP, OCS Inventory, and VMware VCenter connectors, allowing quick access to key status and performance information. - Refactored connector summary reports
Summary reports for the LDAP, OCS Inventory, and VMware VCenter connectors have been optimized and reorganized for clearer and more functional presentation. - Improved ServiceRequest data model
The ServiceRequest class has been enhanced to make request management more flexible and better aligned with operational needs.
